By engaging 404Studios for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the engagement.
404Studios provides software engineering, design, and AI integration services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Upon full payment, all custom code and assets produced for your project become your property. We retain the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Invoices are issued per agreed milestones. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may pause active work.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal process.
